Payment, Shipping, & Return Policy
We accept major credit and debit cards through our website https://ancientandbrave.ph. Payments are processed via Paymongo, which is a secure payment portal.
BDO Bank Transfer
We are currently not offering cash-on-delivery as a payment option to ensure a secure payment process. All payments made via our site will be confirmed with a reference number that you can use to trace your order.
We do! Create an account through our website and follow us on our social media channels so you can be updated on the latest promotions, including free shipping and giveaways.
Your order is important to us. As part of our #BraveBeginnings ritual, all orders will be shipped in our bespoke Ancient + Brave box, which is perfect for gifting.
Once your order is in transit, our partner couriers will reach out to you via text.
You have two options, which must be selected during check-out.
As part of our standard practice, orders until 3:00 p.m. everyday will be shipped out the next business day. This means that if you place an order on Saturday, you can expect it to be shipped out on Monday.
Same Day Delivery (Except Sundays and Holidays)
We can also deliver the same day to Metro Manila and nearby areas. Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 3:00 p.m.
We are currently using third party instant-delivery couriers (Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc.) to cover this service. For cost reference, pick-up is from Oranbo Drive, Pasig City.
You may expect the following time frames for our Standard Shipping option:
- For Metro Manila, orders will arrive within 1-3 days from courier pick-up.
- For provincial, orders will arrive within 5-7 days of courier pick-up.
- The cut-off for next-business day shipping is 3:00 p.m.
- Standard Metro Manila: PHP 100
- Standard Taytay and Antipolo: PHP 120
- Standard Provincial: PHP 300
- Same Day Delivery (Metro Manila): PHP 200
Holidays and Force Majeure
Due to factors that may affect warehouse and logistical operations, we may ask for delivery extensions in the event of regular holidays and unforeseeable circumstances. Please contact us for updates during these events.
We are operating normally, and are doing everything we can to ensure that orders arrive within their usual time frames, however some deliveries may take longer due to national or local government restrictions.
We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the product for an exchange or refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You can make a return if you find the product damaged, defective, or with discrepancies such as missing item/s, receiving incorrect package/products, including extra items, or products found expired. These very rarely happen, but in the event that they do, we will make sure that returns are processed smoothly.
How do I make a return?
- Email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your Order Number, payment confirmation, and some details and pictures of the reason for the return.
- Our Customer Service Team will be in touch to facilitate your request within 24-48 hours, and we will do our best to resolve the issue no later than 15 working days after receipt of the returned products.
- Products must be returned to us unopened and in the condition they were supplied to you. Kindly re-pack the products with care into the original package or a suitable alternative, being considerate of fragile items.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please note that orders are usually processed on the same day they are received. For special requests, please contact us.
